This is an example of an EnVeil Clinical Skin Assessment. After reviewing Ariel’s photos, I observed mild hormonal breakout activity concentrated primarily around the jaw and lower face, along with light post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and mild congestion. At this time, I do not see severe widespread acne or major barrier impairment. Her skin still maintains healthy luminosity and overall balance, which is a very positive sign. The left side currently appears more inflamed, while the right side shows more healing post-inflammatory marks. For Ariel, the focus is not aggressive correction. The focus is calming inflammation, protecting the skin barrier, reducing hyperpigmentation gradually, and maintaining consistency without over-exfoliating the skin. This is what barrier-first clinical skincare looks like at EnVeil Institute.
